Litigation is expensive and time consuming, but dispute resolution doesn’t have to be. As a former small claims Judge Pro Tempore with the San Diego County Superior Court and Volunteer Fee Arbitrator for the State Bar of California, I have the experience needed to fairly and efficiently hear and resolve cases of all types, including business, consumer, employment, and labor disputes. I am available to serve as an arbitrator when the parties require a neutral hearing officer to receive evidence, take testimony, and issue a decision on a contested matter. I am also available to serve as a mediator when the parties require someone to facilitate settlement negotiations.

I work in close proximity to the communities of Scripps Ranch, Poway, Mira Mesa, Sabre Springs, Rancho Peñasquitos, and Rancho Bernardo. However, I am able to advise and work for clients anywhere in California. I rely on videoconferencing software (such as Zoom) to be able to meet confidentially with my clients anywhere and anytime that is convenient. This helps to keep my costs down and to pass the savings along to my clients.
